HOW YOU CHEW WILL AFFECT YOUR POO…EWWW!

According to the National Institute of diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases 60 to 70 million people in the US are affected by all digestive diseases. Here is one simple thing that you can do to work toward greater digestive health. CHEW — every bite until the food is LIQUIFIED before you swallow it. This will take 25-30 CHEWS PER BITE OF FOOD.  Cut your food SMALL.

Chewing helps nutrients get into the blood stream. There are NO other teeth in your body. Your stomach acids and other enzymes are not able to replace your teeth. You have tiny “villi” – small projections on the inner surface of the small intestine that look a little like caterpillar legs to me.  They help absorption of your food and make sure that nutrients make it into the blood stream and provide you with the energy you need.

When food has not been chewed properly your body will need help in breaking down the food. You’ll never see chunks of even healthy spinach or broccoli passing through your veins when you look at your body. We aren’t like snakes that can swallow their prey alive and whole! CHEW, CHEW, CHEW if you want what’s good for YOU!

Your body (fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator) will always do the right thing. When we continuously swallow food whole, mucus will form in the intestines to attempt to “slip” that food through because it is too large to process properly. Excesses of mucus will cause gas, bloating, swollen tummy and watery stools or constipation. Of course, diet, exercise and a host of other factors also affect our digestive health, but the above is FREE and so easy to correct. Starting with this simple tip has resulted in a number of positive testimonies from my clients over the years.

How do you poo? If the answer to that question is not to your satisfaction, try the above for even a week or two and let me know your results. I look forward to hearing from you.

Spirit, body, soul – I’ll help you be whole!

Blessings for greater health – God’s way (weigh),
